hi all, just purchased the mauler but had no code to redeem it, and no reply from any support on the issue. anyone else had issues claiming items they purchase. or even how to claim it?

Mauler isn't released for a few months. You Pre Ordered it

Yeah its preorder.
But support shouldnt have a problem refunding if you ask them politely and explain it was misunderstanding.

What you have done is pre-ordered a mech, not purchased one. The Mauler won't be delivered until September 22nd.
